In January of 2005 I moved from Cincinnati, OH to San Diego California. Upon arriving here in San Diego, I needed a realtor and was teamed up with Teresa Dozois through my relocation company. I talked to Teresa several times on the phone and traded emails with her to give her an idea of my price range and the area that I wanted to move to, my knowledge of the area was very limited though because I just moved. Teresa set me up on an automated email which gave me the opportunity to browse lots of different properties and areas, when I found ones that I liked Teresa did a great job of working with me to set up times that were convenient for both of us, she usually also set up appointments at properties that she thought I would like but might not have seen.

Teresa helped introduce me to a lot of great areas that I would not have considered at first. I found this information very valuable, being new to a city is difficult but it was very nice to work with someone who knows a lot about the entire area and
could help me find a place I would like. I took my time when I was looking at properties, and at no time did I feel that I was being pressured or that I was being misled in any way by Jim or Teresa, I've experienced some agents that just want to sell you something and will try to make some properties seem more attractive than they really are, Teresa was very patient and I think what 1 valued most were her honest opinions of the homes we saw.

Once I found a place I liked, I set a very aggressive closing date and Jim and Teresa were very helpful in moving the paperwork through the process and getting me the keys before the moving truck arrived! There were several obstacles to overcome but they did everything in their power to help and it made a big difference!

Even after I bought my condo, Jim and Teresa have kept in touch and made sure that my home was everything I expected! I would definitely use Jim and Teresa again if I were buying or selling a home, and consider them someone I could call for advice on Real Estate or pretty much anything! They were very helpful throughout the entire process, looking for a home, purchasing it, and dealing with any or all issues after the sale.
