About Jim and Teresa

Our names are Jim and Teresa Dozois owner of TurnKey Homes and Loans here in Southern California. We've been in the Real Estate business since 1983 and had worked extensively with FannieMae, Freddie Mac, Banks and Savings and Loans during that time to liquidate REO's. Some of the Banks and S&LS we have worked with are: Security Pacific Bank, American Savings, Home Savings, Bank of the West, HFC, and Beneficial Finance, etc. The interest rates were hovering around 18% and that soft market was similar to what we have today.

We currently are the listing broker for ALL HUD homes in San Diego County. We also provide REO services for Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank, Fremont Investments, Fannie Mae, and Several Asset Manager throughout the country. We have in place a network of investors, buyers, institutions etc. that we use to help with the liquidation of these properties. We would like to ask you for your consideration as a "Primary" approved broker for California, the counties we serve are San Diego and Riverside counties.

We have also have relationships with many relocation companies such as Cendant, USAA, Weichert, Mel Foster, Corporate Relocation Management, Hewitt, Paragon Decisions Resources, Watson Relocation, Sirva etc.

We understand the urgency, BPOs are completed in 24-48 hrs and we will keep you well informed on a weekly (or more frequent) basis on the property status via email, fax or voice mail. I also have experience in construction and have an engineering background which is very helpful when evaluating repairs and estimates to keep costs in line and reasonable. We have a team of dedicated professionals here to serve you.
